  • Sales and Acquisitions
The agricultural department at Kings Lynn has a specialist department experienced in the sale and acquisition of farms, land and Estates for and on behalf of clients. Whilst the land market has over the past few years remained relatively quiet the firm has acted in the sale and acquisition of land privately and has negotiated through the introduction of the Single Farm Payment Scheme and transfer of entitlements.

The department has firsthand knowledge in advising clients as to the best method of disposal of agricultural property, farm buildings with or without planning consent, cottages and land either by private treaty, public/private auction, or tender where appropriate.

Over the past 15 years the firms has continued to expand its horizons and is now engaged on behalf of clients throughout East Anglia, and the East Midlands.


  • Estate Management
The Estate Management department has provided the core of the firm's business for many years and includes the management of farm cottages, houses, together with arrangements for the letting and management of farmland in hand and subject to existing tenancies. The management now includes land included within the HLS Schemes, Conservation and Habitat Management.
