Our commercial department, under the direction of Richard Maxey, deals with the sale, purchase, letting and valuation of shops, offices, factories and other classes of commercial property.
Our experience and detailed knowledge of local and regional markets enables us to provide a comprehensive range of advice on commercial property matters.
We provide property Valuations for taxation, probate and matrimonial matters. As members if the Valuation Panels of major Clearing Banks we carry out valuations for leading purposes and we also act for Receivers and Trustees in Bankruptcy.
Other departmental work includes negotiations of rent reviews and lease renewals, advice and claims relating to compulsory purchase and compensation matters, development, town planning, rating and property management.
